OUR PEOPLE

We’re fans ourselves. Not only of our work, but also of the place where we work, the people we work for and - most of all - the people we work with. We all have our own specific qualities. Those that we‘re lacking, we simply find in our colleagues. That’s why we love working together. United we stand.

CEO

Harry Demey

He’s the boss. Founding father. Brand originator. He created LDV in 1991 and its values and entrepreneurial spirit are still the same.

He’s also put Antwerp on the map as an advertising city; before then, nearly all Belgian advertising happened solely in Brussels. Harry taught himself, quickly crossing over from working as an advertising manager at EDI supermarkets to being an account manager at VVL/BBDO.

He’d soon seen enough to start his own agency, which was - and still is - his biggest passion. What comes close is his love for advertising, his home town of Antwerp and his beloved football team Beerschot.

Client Service Director

Ann Hostens

Ann has been with us for so long that it’s hard to imagine she worked for 10 years in Brussels (Euro/RSCG and DDB) beforehand. Born in Menen, maybe the only truly bilingual community in Belgium, she studied Communication in Kortrijk.

She likes a drink, a good conversation and a big laugh. You can always interest her in any one of these. Or all three of course.

Client Service Director

Petra De Roos

Petra is a genuine LDV baby. She came here as a pup and never left. She studied marketing in Antwerp but learned everything there is to know about advertising at LDV.

Petra has worked for all sorts of clients (the list is too long) and loves her job, her husband and her two children. But she hates nuts. Well, let’s say she just can’t stand them.

Production Manager

Jean De Moor

Jean studied graphic design and management in Gent. He’s got loooaaaads of experience working in print shops and ad agencies, and knows pretty much everything about print there is to know. Despite seeing deadlines getting crazier every day, Jean rarely loses his temper.

He probably pulls this off by dreaming about his next BIG trip.
